We are looking for highly self motivated individuals that have the desire and ability to work from home. You must have high energy, good language skills and business understanding. Business development experience is a needed skill; sales experience is a plus.

In this position you will be calling SMBs (Small to Medium Businesses) and, depending upon your sales skills, will be setting appointments or selling products and services. In all campaigns you will need to engage the gatekeeper in conversation and reach the targeted company decision maker. You will be logged into our web-based CRM dialing/ database system and will call targeted businesses on behalf of one of our clients. You will need to understand the product offering, learn the script, follow a conversational outline while on the phone system, on each call validate that you have reached the appropriate decision-maker and deliver a business proposition in a conversational, professional and energetic tone. Each campaign is a little different, and the nature of B2B programs is that frequent and consistent follow-up is required. In other words, whether you are setting an appointment for one of our client's sales representatives or actually making the sales presentation to the decision-maker yourself. Success will likely require multiple calls to the prospect.

In this fast paced and dynamic environment you will assess prospects, qualify prospects, understand and overcome objections. You will have to understand the product or service and explain it clearly to the appropriate prospect.
Experience and Background:
Outbound telesales and/or prior business to business sales experience is required. Sales prospecting experience is a valued asset. Should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Accurate keyboarding and computer literacy is also required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) opportunities are available.
Hours of Work:
You set your own schedule based upon our clients' needs and hours of operation. This is predominately a full time position, 4-6 hours per day five days per week.
Minimum requirements: A degree in business is preferred as is prior experience in a company or corporate environment.
Major Functions include:
  • Outbound sales calls/cold calls to business customers lists. Properly follow-up and achieve the desired campaign results.
  • Consistently exhibit high energy, enthusiasm and a positive and professional corporate image on the telephone.
  • Must be able to consistently maintain a positive conversational tone with corporate or company decision-makers while entering results in a CRM.
  • You must have, and agree to maintain, a quiet, uninterrupted work area in your home.
  • USB headset is required - Plantronics DSP headset recommended.
  • You will need a PC with internet access (sorry, not a Mac).
  • Must type a minimum of 30 wpm (typing test will be administered).
  • Must have a working knowledge of the keyboard and computer applications.
